I assist my clients by working with them to help them understand their mental and emotional triggers, addictions, anxiety, stress, depression, open trauma loops and patterns, which they have imprinted in their subconscious minds and somatic body. This can be caused from Pre-conscious, Pre-cognitive, Developmental, Acute, Intergenerational Trauma and Collective Trauma.   Understanding how our nervous systems react to those triggers, emotions and stress is key to building their capacity to regulate these emotions and their autonomic nervous system. Understanding their orphaned emotions not being scared to feel and sense them.   Using healthy resources to bring them into safety and connection in turn allows those emotions to move through the body and subconscious mind to complete open trauma loops.   Helping them understand their authentic self, which creates a loving, healthy head, heart connection and flow in their everyday lives.

All the knowledge of who we are is within us in our cells, DNA, and our energetic fields.

I am grateful for all of my lessons on this journey of remembrance because it has brought me to this very moment of existence and resonance.

It was only back in 2015 after hitting rock bottom  in my life on an emotional, mental and physical level, that I turned towards this work as I knew I couldn’t go on making the same mistakes over and over again. I knew it was time to start to walk along the path of healing myself of loving and acknowledging myself. Of healing my lifetime of abuse, addiction, pain, shame, blame and guilt. What I failed to understand until I went inside and did my inner child work is that we do not need anyone else’s validation and love, only our own. Only then can we open our hearts and find that balance between the head and heart flow state and understand and work with our emotions to build a capacity to regulate our autonomic nervous system. To find a natural flow rather than let our trauma triggers and emotions control us.  I slowly opened myself up and acknowledged my authentic self and my inner knowing and wisdom to accept who I am, not who I was told I should be. 

Which led me down this extraordinary path to become a healer, a wellbeing practitioner a teacher and coach.  For many years of studying and practising I now teach individuals and groups, private and corporate. I also work with a variety of international clients as well as clients all over the UK. I pass on my wisdom of my life experience of my past personal traumas including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction and PTSD, caused by developmental and acute trauma.  I consider myself to be very blessed as I love my work.

It has been my biggest growth on this path as it has healed my trauma and helped many others heal from outdated programming, rigidity, labels and patterning that no longer serves, on this path of ongoing expansion of learning.

Our learning never stops on our ever expanding and ascending spiral of conscious evolution…
